ICT Incidents & Requests

All standard service desk requests are logged via the Landesk IT Self Service facility

You should only call the ICT Service Desk team on 01389 737007 for critical incidents only i.e you are unable to work

Please note that you can also ask a colleague to log a call on your behalf via Landesk IT Self Service if you are not able to get logged into your own system for any reason
